Long has the relationship between God and Government been puzzlingly separate. For if God remains the King of Kings, above all rulers of man for He is the sovereign King. Does that not mean all kings of man should obey His word and His sovereignty? Does that not mean that the law of man should reflect the laws of God?
After witnessing the clash of Jews, Muslims, and Christians within Rosewood, it has come to my attention that many of God’s laws pertain to the worship of Him. This is reasonable, of course, as we who were made in His image should be thankful each day. Perhaps by applying His law when it applies to the behaviors and social programs, we may find a happy balance in His image.
As of late, the marriage between myself and the now Duke Wilhelm Winter, there seems to be an opportunity for this particular idea to take root within the Empire. As the Christian religion is married into the Nobility of the Sirius Empire, one can only assume that an heir of both Royal and Devout blood would hence grow to be both noble and pious. It is only right that those passionate in living within God’s light and those governing his Flock to eventually interweave with one another to create a more perfect body of society.
